Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted print partners across the U.S. to get your custom blanket to you as quickly as possible. Below is how shipping works, including why items in the same order sometimes arrive separately.


Processing & Production

  • Make‑to‑order: Every blanket is custom‑printed just for you. Most orders enter production within 24–48 business hours after payment.

  • Production time: Typically 2–5 business days, but can vary during peak seasons or for larger quantities.

  • Order changes: If you need to update photos, shipping address, or item details, contact support@picperfectgifts.com ASAP. We’ll do our best, but changes may not be possible once production starts.

Shipping Methods & Timing

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Usually 3–7 business days after production.

  • Expedited Options: When available at checkout, transit is typically 2–3 business days after production.

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Heads up: Delivery estimates combine production + carrier transit. Weekends/holidays aren’t business days. Weather or carrier delays can happen and are outside our control.

Multiple‑Item Orders & Split Shipments

To get your items to you faster, we may ship parts of your order separately at no extra cost:

  • Different items may be produced in different facilities.

  • Ready items ship out immediately instead of waiting on the rest.

  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Example: If you ordered two blankets, one may ship today and the other tomorrow, each with its own tracking link. Both belong to the same order.

Tracking Your Order

  • A shipping confirmation email is sent when each package leaves the facility.

  • Tracking may take 24 hours to update after you receive the email.

  • Didn’t get tracking? Check spam/promotions, then email support@picperfectgifts.com.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We aren’t responsible for non‑delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If a package is marked Delivered but is missing, check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us—we’ll guide next steps.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout and cover carrier costs from our facility to your address.

  • Note: Per our 100% Happiness Guarantee & Returns Policy, shipping charges are non‑refundable and return shipping is customer‑paid unless the issue was our error.

International Duties/Taxes (if applicable)

Orders shipping outside your country may incur import duties, taxes, and fees charged by customs or the carrier. These are the recipient’s responsibility and aren’t included in our prices.

Holiday & Peak Periods

Production and transit can take longer during holidays or promotional events. Order early if you need delivery by a specific date.
